利用規約

この規約は、株式会社ブルース（以下「当社」）が提供する「インスタ投稿おまかせ（PIT POST）」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. サービス内容

LINE に送られた写真・動画とコメントから AI が投稿文を作成し、利用者が連携した Instagram・X アカウントに投稿します。

2. 利用者の責任

投稿する写真・動画・文章について、権利や許諾を利用者が持っていることを保証するものとします。
人物の顔や車両ナンバーなど、個人を特定できる情報の写り込みには、利用者の責任で配慮してください。
AI が作成した文章には誤りが含まれる場合があります。投稿前の確認（確認ありモード）や、投稿後の確認は利用者の責任で行ってください。完全自動モードで投稿された内容についても同様です。

3. 禁止事項

法令・公序良俗に反する内容、他者の権利を侵害する内容、Instagram・X・LINE の規約に違反する内容の投稿、本サービスへの不正アクセス。

4. 外部サービス

本サービスは LINE・Instagram・X・AI などの外部サービスを利用しています。外部サービスの仕様変更や障害により、投稿できない場合があります。

5. 料金・支払い・解約

料金は料金プランのとおりです（税込）。有料プランは1か月単位（月払い）または1年単位（年払い・月額の10か月分）の契約です。カードでのお支払いは、解約のお申し出がない限り自動で更新されます。
お支払い方法・時期は特定商取引法に基づく表記のとおりです。
解約は、次の更新日の前日までに LINE のトーク（「解約」と送る）またはメールでお申し出ください。解約すると、お支払い済みの期間の最後をもって本サービスのすべての提供を終了し、連携した Instagram・X の認証情報と登録したロゴを削除します。有料プランだけをやめて無料プランで続けることもできます。期間の途中で解約された場合も、日割りでの返金はいたしません。
お支払いの期限を過ぎて7日たってもお支払いが確認できない場合、無料プランに切り替わります。

6. 免責

当社は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

7. 変更・停止

当社は、事前の告知により本サービスの内容・料金を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These terms govern the use of "PIT POST (Instagram Posting Assistant)" provided by Blues Co., Ltd..

1. The Service

AI drafts captions from photos, videos and comments sent via LINE and publishes them to the Instagram / X accounts the user has connected.

2. User responsibilities

Users must own or have permission for all content they send, take care with faces, license plates and other personal information, and review AI-generated text, which may contain errors, including posts made in fully automatic mode.

3. Prohibited use

Unlawful content, content infringing others' rights, content violating the policies of Instagram, X or LINE, and unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Third-party services

The Service depends on LINE, Instagram, X and AI providers; changes or outages on their side may prevent posting.

5. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions (the annual price equals 10 months; prices include Japanese consumption tax; see Pricing) and renew automatically. You may cancel via LINE or email before the next renewal date; you can keep using the plan until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are given.

6. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
