株式会社ブルース（以下「当社」）は、「インスタ投稿おまかせ（PIT POST）」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 本サービスの内容

利用者が LINE 公式アカウントに送った写真・動画とコメントをもとに、AI が投稿文を作成し、利用者の確認または設定に従って、利用者自身が連携した Instagram（および任意で X）アカウントに投稿するサービスです。

2. 取得する情報

LINE のユーザーID・グループID、LINE の表示名・グループ名
利用者が送った写真・動画・コメント、AI が作成した投稿文とハッシュタグ
連携した Instagram アカウントの ID・ユーザー名・アクセストークン（暗号化して保存）、最近の投稿のキャプション（文体を合わせるため）
連携した X アカウントのユーザー名・アクセストークン（任意・暗号化して保存）
利用者が登録した設定（固定ハッシュタグ、会社情報、書き方のルールなど）

3. 利用目的

投稿文とハッシュタグの作成、および利用者の指示・設定に基づく Instagram・X への投稿
投稿結果や案内を LINE でお知らせするため
不具合の調査、不正利用の防止、サービスの改善

取得した情報を広告目的に利用したり、第三者に販売したりすることはありません。

4. 外部サービスへの提供

本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、次の事業者のサービスを利用し、情報を送信します。

LY Corporation（LINE Messaging API）：メッセージの受信・送信
Anthropic PBC（Claude API）：写真とコメントから投稿文を作成（AI 処理）
Meta Platforms, Inc.（Instagram API）：Instagram への投稿、アカウント情報の取得
X Corp.（X API）：X への投稿（連携した場合のみ）
Cloudflare, Inc.：本サービスのサーバー・データ保存

5. 保存期間

写真・動画：受信から 7 日以内に自動で削除します。
アクセストークン：連携を解除するか、データ削除の依頼を受けた時点で削除します。
投稿文などのその他の情報：サービス提供に必要な期間保存し、削除の依頼があれば削除します。

6. 安全管理

アクセストークンは暗号化して保存し、通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています。パスワードは本サービスでは取得・保存しません（Instagram・X へのログインは各社の画面で行われます）。

7. 連携の解除・データの削除

Instagram の「設定」→「ウェブサイトの許可」→「アプリとウェブサイト」から本サービスを削除すると、連携が解除され、保存しているトークンを削除します。その他のデータ削除は、データ削除のページの方法でご依頼ください。

Blues Co., Ltd. ("we") operates "PIT POST (Instagram Posting Assistant)" ("the Service"). This policy explains how we handle user information.

1. The Service

Users send photos, videos and short comments to our LINE Official Account. The Service uses AI to draft captions and, after the user's review or according to the user's settings, publishes the post to the Instagram (and optionally X) account that the user has connected themselves.

2. Information we collect

LINE user ID / group ID and LINE display name / group name
Photos, videos and comments sent by the user; AI-generated captions and hashtags
Connected Instagram account ID, username and access token (stored encrypted); captions of recent posts (to match the writing style)
Connected X username and access tokens (optional, stored encrypted)
Settings entered by the user (fixed hashtags, business profile, writing rules)

3. How we use it

To draft captions and hashtags and to publish posts to Instagram / X on the user's instruction
To notify the user about drafts and results via LINE
To troubleshoot, prevent abuse and improve the Service

We do not use the information for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Service providers

LY Corporation (LINE Messaging API), Anthropic PBC (Claude API, caption generation), Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram API), X Corp. (X API, only if connected), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and storage).

5. Retention

Photos and videos are deleted automatically within 7 days. Access tokens are deleted when the user disconnects the Service or requests deletion. Other data is kept only as long as needed to provide the Service and is deleted on request.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS. We never ask for or store passwords; logins happen on Instagram's and X's own pages.

7. Disconnecting and data deletion

Removing the Service from Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) disconnects it and deletes the stored token. For other deletion requests, see the data deletion page.
